Members Of Bar Association Visited Family Of Shaheed Afzal Guru
The Executive Committee of the J&K High Court Bar Association Srinagar alongwith Ex-President of the Bar Association Mr. M. A. Qayoom visited the house of Shaheed Mohammad Afzal Guroo on Sunday to pay condolence to the family of the martyr.
The family members of Shaheed Mohammad Afzal Guroo once again assured that had and have full trust in the Bar Association. They also appreciated the help extended by the Bar Association from time to time and the role of the Bar Association from the year 1990 in defending the cases of detenues, undertrial who are fighting for Kashmir cause.
The Bar Association also paid condolences to Late Ghulam Ahmad Dar, Father of Municipal Magistrate Srinagar who was a well-known social worker/activist and was helping the people irrespective of cast, colour and creed. The Bar delegation headed by the General Secretary Mr. Mohammad Ashraf Bhat, Joint Secretary Mr. Shabir Ahmad Bhat, Treasurer Mr. Bilal Ahmad Wani and other members visited the house of the deceased and showed solidarity and sympathy with the bereaved family. The Bar Association also paid condolences to the family members of the deceased Mr. Khusroo Jan who was also the cousin of Mr. R. A. Jan Advocate member Association.
